🌼 Our Teachers & Staff

At Sunshine Playschool, our teachers are the heart of our home. Like caring gardeners, they nurture each child’s unique potential — planting seeds of curiosity, kindness, and confidence that will continue to grow for years to come. Our team is made up of dedicated early childhood professionals who combine education, experience, and genuine love for what they do. Each classroom is led by nurturing hands and compassionate hearts that create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported.

Every member of our teaching team takes 18 hours or more of continuing education in early childhood and child development each year to stay current with best practices and enhance the quality of care we provide. In addition, every lead teacher holds an associate degree in Early Childhood and Development, a degree in Education, or is actively working toward a related degree.

Working closely with families, our teachers ensure that learning and care flow seamlessly between home and center, helping every child flourish in mind, body, and spirit.
